Wee keng koon

Issue 69

Wee Keng Koon is an experienced traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) practitioner with extensive clinical experience in Singapore. With a master’s degree in Chinese medicine from Anhui University of Chinese Medicine, he is the principal physician at Zhongjing TCM Institution and a senior consultant physician at its affiliated clinic. Wee is also a registered practitioner with Ministry of Health (Singapore), and serves as vice president of several international committees in the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, focusing on health tourism, pharmacy automation, epidemic management, and medical alliances.

Now in his sixties, Wee has a sprightly, cheerful and energetic disposition, committed to the lifelong study of Chinese medicine and promoting cross-disciplinary integration. In his practice, he combines classical Chinese medicine theories and formulas with the “Three Germinal Layers and Six Meridian Channels” diagnostic system to address a range of illnesses, including cancer and diabetes. His open-minded approach blends modern medical knowledge, artificial intelligence and TCM wellness practices.
